A warm welcome to our newly built luxury glamping pod Little Woodbine in the ancient Royal Burgh of Tain. Our spacious pod has a well designed kitchen and living area with a sofa bed. Also we have large patio doors where you can sit out on the decking and take in the beautiful views. A lovely double bedroom and shower room next door. Our pod sleeps up to 4 people, all bed linen and towels included.

Easter Ross Peninsula
The Peninsula is flowing with Pictish history, walks and trails, it is home to the Clan Ross Centre, the oldest Royal Burgh in Scotland and the mythical Mermaid of the North. It is a place You can reset the clock, drinking in the scenery whilst sipping a locally distilled single malt Glenmorangie whisky.

Seaboard villages
The Mermaid of the North sits upon a rock- named ‘Clach Dubh’ (black rock in Gaelic)- in the Seaboard village of Balintore.
Platform 1864
Tain’s newest restaurant and gastropub, Platform 1864 is located in the town’s former railway station which has undergone a complete transformation. Open from breakfast, offering coffees and cakes, snacks, breakfasts, lunches and evening meals.
Tain and Easter Ross walks
There are forest walks in the hills, and some good viewpoints looking along the two Firths, but it is the coastline which wins most attention, with fine long sandy beaches.
Tain Through Time
The Tain & District Museum, is located in Tain, Ross-shire, Scotland. It is volunteer-run and is open April to October part of the Tain Through Time visitor centre.
